Displays registered prior to December 1 must be up and ready for viewing by December 1. Can’t get your display up by then? No problem! We’ll keep registration open until December 14 - just register when your display is ready.</p><p dir="ltr" zfr3q"="">Each city will award prizes to winning displays on Wednesday, December 21. Don't want to compete?
