The event will be rescheduled and a new date for the in-person and virtual convening will be announced soon. The mid-rise building will feature more than 100 apartments, including studios and 1-3bedroom units, and more than 15 homeownership units through Habitat for Humanity. The rental units are proposed to serve low-income households that have an income up to 50% and 60% Area Median Income (AMI). The ownership units are proposed to serve low-income households that have an income up to 80% AMI. In partnership with Imagine Housing and Habitat for Humanity, the City is demonstrating its commitments to affordable housing and enhancing the neighborhood around Kenmore’s downtown core, while also tackling the region’s affordable housing crisis.
