Want to work with the City of Kenmore? Below is a list of current projects for which the City of Kenmore is seeking bids, Request for Proposals (RFP), or Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Each project notice contains instructions on how interested parties can obtain detailed information for the project.

The City publishes request for proposals and/or qualifications in the Seattle Times and/or Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce. Bids are also made available on this page. Bid No. 26-C3228 ADA Upgrades Project

Notice is hereby given that bid proposals will be received by Kenmore City Clerk for the 2026 ADA Upgrades Project. Bids are due no later than March 30, 2026 – 11:00 AM EXACTLY, Pacific local time, at which time bids for the above referenced project will be opened and publicly read aloud.

ITEM FOR BID:

The City of Kenmore seeks a contractor to furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the project referenced above. The work shall include, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct ADA compliant curb ramps and sidewalks where previously deficient.

All bidding shall be based upon compliance with the Contract Plans and Contract Provisions.

The estimated construction cost: $408,114.
