Each project notice contains instructions on how interested parties can obtain detailed information for the project.

The City publishes request for proposals and/or qualifications in the Seattle Times and/or Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce. Bids are also made available on this page. Notice is hereby given that the City of Kenmore, Washington (the City) seeks Proposals in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) #22-C2896. A proposal submitted in response to this RFP must be filed with the City electronically by 4:00 PM Pacific Time on February 24, 2023. Hardcopy proposals or proposals transmitted using facsimile will not be accepted.

The City of Kenmore is soliciting for an experienced firm to advocate for the City at the federal level for grants, community project funding, and federal policies to advance the City's priorities.
