Want to work with the City of Kenmore? Below is a list of current projects for which the City of Kenmore is seeking bids, Request for Proposals (RFP), or Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Each project notice contains instructions on how interested parties can obtain detailed information for the project. 

For public works related projects, visit the MRSC Roster. Contractors interested in bidding on public works projects should apply to be placed on the Small Public Works Roster. The City publishes request for proposals and/or qualifications in the Seattle Times and/or Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce. Bids are also made available on this page. Please check back for updates.

Project Details

The City of Kenmore is looking for a contractor to work on this location:

  • 61st AVE NE between #15727 and #15545

The major components of this Small Works project include, but are not limited to, the following:

    1. Mobilization/de-mobilization
    2. Traffic control
    3. Erosion & sediment control
    4. Construction elements (see Appendix A for site plan and detail):
      1. Install four Type 1 Catch Basins
      2. Install three Type 2 Catch Basins
      3. Install 29-feet of 8” drainage pipe
      4. Install 282-feet of 12” drainage pipe
      5. Install 39-feet of 18” drainage pipe
      6. Regrade approx. 110-feet of drainage ditch
      7. Install 185-feet of asphalt berm
      8. Restore approx. 3,325-square feet asphalt

Bid proposals will be received by via email at rsawyer@kenmorewa.gov, by post-mail, or submitted in-person. Bids are due no later than 4:30 PM EXACTLY, Pacific local time on August 4, 2023.
