EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The City of Kenmore is seeking a firm to conduct a human services needs assessment so that the City can better understand the broad spectrum of human needs within the community and equitably respond to those needs through the support of human services and human services providers. The City currently provides funding to support homelessness outreach and other human services, through the General Fund and one-time ARPA funding. This work will be done in conjunction with the Housing and Human Services Manager.
