Want to work with the City of Kenmore? Below is a list of current projects for which the City of Kenmore is seeking bids, Request for Proposals (RFP), or Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Each project notice contains instructions on how interested parties can obtain detailed information for the project. 

For public works related projects, visit the MRSC Roster. Contractors interested in bidding on public works projects should apply to be placed on the Small Public Works Roster. The City publishes request for proposals and/or qualifications in the Seattle Times and/or Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce. Bids are also made available on this page. Please check back for updates.

City of Kenmore Middle Housing Code Development & Comprehensive Plan Amendments

Notice is hereby given that the City of Kenmore, Washington (the City) seeks Proposals in RFP 23-C2995. A proposal submitted in response to this RFP must be filed with the City electronically by 9:00 AM Pacific Time on January 5, 2024. 

PURPOSE:

The City of Kenmore is requesting a scope of work and associated cost proposal from a consulting team to develop amendments to Kenmore’s Comprehensive Plan Housing and Land Use chapters and also develop new middle housing regulations, including: new cottage housing regulations; new unit lot subdivision regulations; small houses on small lots regulations; and amending existing accessory dwelling unit regulations.
