The City Clerk's Office provides Council meeting support by preparing agendas, attending meetings, accurately recording proceedings, and producing meeting minutes. The City Clerk oversees City records management and updates to the Kenmore Municipal Code as well as the Kenmore Administrative Code. The City Clerk also processes and is the custodian of official City documents, including ordinances, resolutions, proclamations, and contracts.
