The City Clerk provides Council meeting support by preparing agendas, attending meetings, accurately recording proceedings, and producing meeting minutes.  The City Clerk oversees City records management and update of the Kenmore Municipal Code. The City Clerk also processes and is custodian of official City documents, including ordinances, resolutions, contracts as well as manages human services applications, contracts and funding.
