Which facility is right for my event?

Kenmore City Hall offers two rooms with a moveable partition wall that can open to combine the rooms into one larger space. The smaller Community Meeting Room, with seating for up to 30, the larger City Council Chambers, with seating for up to 60; or combine both rooms to seat up to 90. Both rooms are located adjacent to the public lobby and have limited rental availability. This location is a popular resource for business meetings, classes and presentations.

The Hangar at Town Square offers the Otter Room, a large open space, with default seating for 16 (additional folding chairs available), and the Beaver Room, a smaller, private room with seating for 8. This location is a popular resource for casual community gatherings, personal celebrations and networking.

Picnic Shelters at Rhododendron, Log Boom, ƛ̕ax̌ʷadis (Tl' awh-ah-dees) and Moorlands Parks each offer one outdoor, covered shelter situated on a concrete pad with 3 to 4 picnic tables, and stationary BBQ grills.

Moorlands Park Athletic Field is available for youth sports leagues practices and games through a structured application process with two use periods a year: January through June (Use Period 1) and July through December (Use Period 2).

To rent a facility, picnic shelter or field within the City of Kenmore, the renter must be 18 years of age.

Saturday reservations at City Hall and all reservations at the Hangar are available for Kenmore residents only.
