City Hall Room Rentals

The City Council Chambers and Community Meeting Room are available to the public during select times for personal rentals. General information is outlined below. Full room rental details are available in the City Hall Meeting Room Rental Policy.

To make a facility use request:

First Step: Use the button below to create a recreation account with contact information will match your City Hall Facility Use Application and Rental Agreement request form. Once on the Rental Instructions page, click "Log in/Create an Account" on the left side of the page. This is in addition to submitting your request form.

Second Step: Fill out the 110 Request for City Hall Facility Use form and submit the completed form to reservations@kenmorewa.gov. Please see reservation restrictions and policies for additonal information.

Requests are generally responded to within 3-5 business days.

**COMING SOON - ONLINE RESERVATIONS**

The City of Kenmore will soon be launching an online reservation portal to replace our current room rental application process. In the meantime, please continue to use the Request for City Hall Facility Use Application and Rental Agreement. Submit the completed application to reservations@kenmorewa.gov

Availability

The Community Meeting Room and/or Council Chambers may be available to public user groups at the following times:
- Tuesday through Friday: 5pm to 9pm (available for residents and non-residents, 2-hour minimum rental period).
- Saturday: 1pm to 7pm (considered on a case-by-case basis for Kenmore residents only, 4-hour minimum rental period).
Rooms are not available for rental on City-recognized holidays.

Other government agencies may request meeting room reservations during regular City Hall business hours (9am to 5pm Monday through Friday).

Reservation requests are accepted a minimum of two weeks in advance for weekday rentals, and one month in advance for Saturday rentals.

Pricing

2026 Pricing applies to individual rooms or for both rooms combined:
- One Room- Weekday Rental (Tue-Fri) - Kenmore Resident: $25/hour.
- One Room- Weekday Rental (Tue-Fri) - Non-Resident: $50/hour.
- Combined Rooms Weekday Rental (Tue-Fri) - Kenmore Resident: $50/hour.
- Combined Rooms Weekday Rental (Tue-Fri) - Non-Resident: $100/hour.
- Saturday Rental - Kenmore Residents Only: $100/hour.

Audio/Visual (Projector & Screen) Add-On: $25 (requires pre-event training).

Refundable Damage Deposit - Required for all groups exceeding 50 people (may be waived for government agencies): $250.

Kenmore residents or groups sponsored by Kenmore residents may reserve a meeting room on a weekday, once a month, at no charge.
No charge for rental by government agencies or events co-sponsored by the City of Kenmore. (Preapproval required via email request, reservations@kenmorewa.gov.)

Room Set-Up

Room set-up is the renter's responsibility. Each room has a default set up as follows:
- Council Chambers: Theater style with 30 chairs.
- Community Meeting Room: Conference/Boardroom style with 18 chairs.

If the renter desires a layout other than the default, City staff will provide the number of tables and chairs requested, but it will be the renter's responsibility to set up their desired layout.
