• The Hangar is a gathering place for Kenmore residents and visitors to use free-of-charge. There are two indoor spaces in the Hangar that Kenmore residents can reserve. When these spaces are not reserved, they are available for anyone to use informally for hanging out or meeting friends or a client.
  
  
• The Otter Room (bigger, open room, capacity: approximately 50 people)
   
• The Beaver Room (smaller room with sliding doors, capacity: 12 people)
  
  
• The outside plaza area between The Hangar and Stoup Brewing is known as the Town Square.  Any requests to reserve the Town Square should be made via a Special Events Permit through our Development Services Department.

The Otter Room and Beaver Room are currently available for reservations as follows:

• Monday through Saturday: 1pm to 7pm (all other times are open use only)

• Reservations will not be accepted during open use hours as this time is set aside for the community to use both rooms on a first come, first served basis.

• Groups meetings of 10 or more people must have a reservation to use the Hangar and premises.

• For group sizes up to 29 people: Reservations must be made 2 weeks in advance. 

• For group sizes of 30 or more people: Reservations must be made 4 weeks in advance.

• All reservations may be made no sooner than 3 months in advance. 

General Hangar availability: 

• Hangar hours are 6am to 8pm, Monday through Saturday; and 7am to 6pm Sunday.

• Diva Espresso hours may vary; please contact them for current hours (425) 219-4959.

• Holiday hours may apply.

Hangar rentals are available to Kenmore residents and Kenmore 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations only. The City does not charge a fee for reserving the spaces in the Hangar. However, the City does charge a refundable deposit in advance of the reservation under the following circumstances:

• For group sizes of 30 people or more, if food and/or beverage is being served: A $150 refundable damage deposit will be charged. 

• For group sizes of 30 people or more, if no food is served:  A $100 damage deposit will be charged.    

•  50% of the deposit will be forfeited if the event exceeds reserved time over 10 minutes.

• 100% of the deposit will be forfeited for "no-shows".
