Human Services Grant Funding

Human Services Grant Application

The City of Kenmore provides grants to nonprofit organizations that support human services activities. Applications are solicited every two years and these applications are reviewed as a function of the Housing and Human Services program at the City of Kenmore. The funding recommendations are included in the Kenmore City Council biennial budget process.

Human services grant funding applications are collected through an online funding application website (Share-1-App hosted by the City of Redmond) that is shared with fifteen other King County cities that are a part of the Human Services Funders Collaborative. Kenmore funds programs that address the full spectrum of human service needs, including food security, housing stability, homelessness prevention, health, behavioral health, youth services, domestic violence resources, and many others. Selection factors and priorities will be determined as a part of the Human Services Needs Assessment.

The next cycle of grant applications will take place in 2026.
